Applications are invited from interested candidates for walk-in interview for temporary engagement of two Project Scientists for a period of 11 (eleven) months for the projects as mentioned below. The selected candidates will be paid a fixed remuneration of Rs. 10,600/- per month + CPF Contribution.

1. 1(one) position of Project Scientists for the Project “ENVIS (Environmental Information System) Centre”: EQ: 1st Class Post Graduate in Environmental Science/Geology/Geography. Additional weightage will be given to candidates having practical knowledge on application of GIS and/or editorial skill.

2. 1(one) position of Project Scientists for the Project “Orientation of Secondary School Teachers on Environmental Education”: EQ: 1st Class Post Graduate in Environmental Science/Geology/Geography/Chemistry. Additional weightage will be given to candidates having B.Ed. degree and/or practical knowledge on application of GIS.

Upper age limit for both the positions is 30 years on 1st January 2010
