Notice inviting Expression of Interest for
Study for Developing and Implementing Sustainability and Environment Initiatives for the Assam Secretariat
Assam Science, Technology and Environment Council (ASTEC ) proposes to carry a study involving survey of Assam Secretariat at Dispur, Guwahati. The purpose of such study is to develop and implement various strategies for adopting environment friendly and ecologically compliant, clean and efficient energy; waste, water and land management and reducing various types of pollution.
With this objective, ASTEC invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from leading environmental and ecological services firms with expertise in the area of providing advisory and implementation services in the field of sustainable development, and in particular of integrating sustainable development concepts in large projects .
The firm interested in being considered for the consultancy should fulfill the following criteria -
- Have executed at least 10 projects in developing infrastructural Sustainability
- Have at least 25 full time staff ranging in multiple areas related to the environment such as energy, water, waste, implementation etc.
- Preference will be given to applicants having implementation capabilities and expertise in outsourced ecological services either themselves or with their partners.
The offer shall contain technical as well as financial part in separate sealed envelope. Due weightage will be given to both technical and financial part of offer. Technical offer shall contain the details of the firm, the expertise in the relevant area, client list, list of persons to be deputed for the task and the methodology to be adopted for the work. The technically selected firms will have to give presentation before the financial bid is opened.
