12. Name and Address of the Resource Persons to be involved.
13. Budget Estimate.
14. Details of Bank Account.

 
Alongwith these details, you are further requested to send the following documents along with the project/ programme,
 
1. Copy of Registration Certificate.
2. Copy of Memorandum of Association.
3. Last Audited Accounts.
4. Last Annual Activity Report.

The detail proposal alongwith the documents should reach the office (address below) by 15th  March 2010.
